Wer hat nicht schon einmal geglaubt, sein Ziel erreicht zu haben und musste dann eines Besseren belehrt werden? Mein Ziel war, normal und beschwerdefrei essen zu können. Das habe ich erreicht. Ich fühlte mich wie ein neuer Mensch, voller Elan und Aktivitätsdrang. In diese Zeit fiel auch mein Keniaaufenthalt. Ich konnte diese drei Wochen endlich mal so richtig im Projekt arbeiten. Nach meiner Rückkehr Mitte März holten mich meine anderen chronischen Krankheiten ein. Und diese lassen sich seither nicht unter Kontrolle bringen. Mein Leben ist alles andere als normal. Mehr als zwei Monate verhindert meine Herzerkrankung eine Teilnahme am Leben. Dazu hält mich meine Schilddrüsenerkrankung namens Hashimoto in Schach. Ich bin in Gefahr, meine Einschränkungen als Normalität zu betrachten. "So kann es nicht weitergehen, dass du nicht mehr aus dem Haus kommst." Dieser Satz einer Freundin hat mich wachgerüttelt. Ich will mich wieder aufmachen auf dem Weg zum normalen Leben. Was immer dieses Aufmachen für mich bereit hält.
