Genau vor einer Woche war die schwere Gefäßoperation. Der Chirurg befreite den Truncus coeliacus (Arterie unter dem Zwerchfell) von der Einengung durch das Zwerchfell (Dunbar-Syndrom). Er durchtrennte die Zwerchfellschenkel und verödete diese, damit sie nicht wieder zusammenwachsen können. Nachdem er zur stark komprimierten Nierenvene (Nussknacker-Syndrom) nicht ausreichend gut dazu konnte um sie mit einem Venenteil aus meiner Leiste zu erweitern, musste er sein Werk, das er vor vier Jahren vollbrachte (Wilkie-Syndrom oder Arteria mesenterica superior Syndrom), zerstören. Er schnitt also die Arteria mesenterica superior an der Aorta wieder ab um genügend Platz für seine Arbeit an der Nierenvene zu bekommen. Schließlich erweiterte er auch gleich die abgetrennte Arterie mit einem Venenteil und vollendete sein Werk zum zweiten Mal. Schon am nächsten Tag telefonierte ich und schrieb Nachrichten. Dieses Mal hatte ich Dank des Schmerzkatheters weniger Schmerzen und konnte schneller mobilisiert werden. Heute eine Woche später gehe ich alleine zum Ausgang hinunter, esse zwar weinig aber relativ problemlos und hab die Schmerzen unter Kontrolle. Die Ärzte sagen ich gehöre zu den Top 2, der hier in Mettmann an solchen Gefäßen Operierten. Ich preise den Herrn.
