Den Pommes und Cola-Test habe ich nicht bestanden. Mir war einen Tag lang übel. Schon viele Jahre habe ich keine Portion Pommes gegessen. Auch Cola trinke ich normalerweise nur einmal im Jahr. Das war pure Überforderung meines Organismus. Gestern habe ich meine Facettengelenke denervieren lassen. Ein Teil der Schmerzen ist weg. Manchmal knackst es und die Schmerzen werden besser, aber oft nur für Minuten. Diese Geschichte kenne ich seit 10 Jahren, seit dem Reitunfall. Ich bin dabei, meine Rücken- und Bauchmuskeln wieder aufzubauen. Da bin ich konsequent mit den Übungen. Und ich hoffe, dass diese Geschichte auch bald Vergangenheit ist.
