Nach den zwei Tagen Übelkeit habe ich heut wieder langsam eine vorsichtige Steigerung meiner Essensmenge versucht. Ich würde sagen: gelungen. Mein Magen reagiert auf Essen noch mit Schmerzen, was sicher mein Geschwür verursacht, ansonsten geht es mir gut. Meine Wirbelsäule wurde gestern "eingerichtet" und siehe da, Schmerzen fast weg. Ich wusste, dass mir daheim schnell geholfen werden kann, deshalb habe ich ja so auf schnelle Entlassung gedrängt. Sylvia, mein Engel aus Duisburg ist heut früh mit dem Zug angekommen. Wir genießen es zusammen zu essen, ohne meine volle Kotzschale, die sie mir oft gehalten oder weggetragen hat. Sie motivierte mich heute zu einem kleinen Radausflug. Wenn mich da Prof. Sandmann und sein Team oder die Physiotherapeutin sehen hätte können! Nach dem Ausflug gab es eine gute Jause. Ich steigerte mich auf eineinhalb Brote. Es ist für mich so unglaublich, wie fit ich schon bin. Die mich näher kennen, wissen, dass ich ein "Stehaufmännchen" bin.
