Ich bin Patientin Nr. 9 mit Wilkie-Syndrom (arteria mesenterica superior Syndrom), bei der Prof. Sandmann die arterie verlegt hat. Er ist endlich vom Urlaub zurück. Er nahm sich viel zeit für meine fragen. Mein nervengeflecht im Bauch (plexus coeliacus) ist so groß und dicht, dass er zuerst Nerven durchtrennen musste, um die Arterie abschneiden zu können. Mein Darm ist ein hungerdarm, so wie man ihn nur in Afrika sieht. Mein Anästhesist machte folgenden vergleich: mein darm sei so, wie wenn man mit einem boot über den ozean fahren würde und in der mitte das essen ausgeht. Im Bauch ist noch alles geschwollen. Na klar. Die Wundheilung dauert 6 wochen. 3 Wochen habe ich schon hinter mir und es waren die schlimmsten. Heut konnte ich das erste mal mein lang ersehntes stück Weißbrot essen.
